Being A Rebel

प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi को नीचा दिखाने के लिए केजरीवाल की कौरव सेना में एक-दूसरे के धुर-विरोधी भी एक साथ खड़े हैं। जैसे कि TMC-CPM, SFI-AISA, JDU-JDS. और कुछ अवसरवादी मित्र जैसे की लालू की RJD और मुलायम की SP भी आम आदमी पार्टी के साथ हैं। ओवैसी और बुखारी ने भी केजरी-कौरव सेना पर दाँव ठोका है। दूसरी ओर देश की प्रथम महिला IPS के नेतृत्व में BJP का साथ देने वालों में JP की लोकसत्ता पार्टी ही एक मात्र है। मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि कुरुक्षेत्र कि इस लड़ाई में सत्य की ही विजय होगी। दुर्योधन एक बार फिर मैदान से भागेगा। कल BJP के कमल निशान पर वोट देने अवश्य जाएँ, लोकतन्त्र के इस महायुद्ध में कृष्ण और अर्जुन मतदाता ही हैं।

Recently, everyone seems to be writing a book - with their dark fantasies about sex and other tempting sins, or some fake strange stories from the noted campuses. All this 'book-rush' made 'book-market' full of literally crass stories aimed at instant success and fame. Amidst all cacophony of sex-cum-love stories, a serious admirer of literature that could present a realistic facets of the society, could easily become disheartened. But thanks to Social Media, specially my huge twitter follower list, I came to know about this book  'RI - Homeland of Uncertainty -THE BOOK' and its writer Paulami DuttaGupta. Frankly speaking, I came to knew about the book first, as an award winning Khasi movie , is based on it. 'Ri – Homeland of Uncertainty' (2013), was awarded as the best Khasi film in the 61st National Film Awards. कुछ युवकों के अदम्य साहस ने विश्व-विजयी (जैसा की उनका दावा था) अंग्रेज़ो को उनकी औकात बता दी थी। काकोरी में खजाने वाली ट्रेन ही नहीं, बल्कि अंग्रेजों के दंभ की इज्ज़त भी लूटी गयी थी। अंग्रेज़ कायरों ने भारत माता के सपूतों रामप्रसाद बिस्मिल, अशफ़ाक़ुल्लाह खान और ठाकुर रोशन सिंह को आज ही के दिन, सान 1927 में फांसी दिया था। इस कांड के चौथे योद्धा थे राजेंद्र प्रसाद लाहिड़ी जिन्हे दो दिनों पहले ही यानी 17 दिसंबर को सरकार ने गोंडा जेल में फांसी दे दी थी। भारत के इन चार अमर बलिदानियों को कोटिशः नमन। आज जब देश आजाद है, कुछ खानदानों और कुछ व्यक्तियों ने ही इतिहास के सभी पन्नों पर कब्जा कर लिया है। अफसोस और शर्मनाक बात है कि इन शहीदों के नाम पर देश के शायद किसी शहर में कोई सड़क या मोहल्ला हो। ऐसे वीर सपूतों को भुला देने वाला राष्ट्र अपनी आज़ादी भी किसी दिन भुला देगा।       मुझे याद है, कि जब मैं  स्कूल में था तब हिन्दी की किताब में ठाकुर रोशन सिंह कि फाँसी, उनकी आर्थिक दशा और पारिवारिक जिम्मेदारियों पर एक कहानी थी। उसी माध्यम से मैंने रोशन सिंह जी को पहली बार ज...
