Petition for Equality and Transparency in Higher Education

Equality and Transparency in Higher Education Petition To: Indian Citizens To The Prime Minister, Government of India Honorable Sir, With due respect, we, the students of India would like to draw your kind attention to the following inherent irregularities in the present appointment process of lecturers. 1. At present interview is the only criteria for recruitment, but for one or two vacancies as many as 200 to 300 applicants are called and interviewed within 6 to 7 hours. It is impossible to judge the capabilities and abilities of a candidate within a time span of 2 to 3 minutes. 2. Quite often it is alleged that inter university discrimination is prevalent in the selection process by the board members. Selection board often prefers their own students, ignoring other competent candidates. 3. There is lack of uniform criteria among different universities and colleges to call candidates for the interview. 4. There are striking irregularities and differences in terms of application fe...

A Confession!

I never did what I wanted to, Hardly have I cared to live the expectations through Time kept changing its dimensions, I guess. Although I was all about thoughtfulness for weak, for poor and for helpless I reached them, though my resources did not allow I forgot the personal things and manners of private affairs, Ignored the hardships and problems of life, to meet my consciousness, to feed my vendetta! Here I am with only one life, and at peak of it, I realized - I cannot do much.. neither can my innocent efforts things will be the same in this world, the inertia will be greater, gravity will be souring. The gaps, the odds have been here... Might will be always right! Humanity shall still fight! And I have just one life, Let it live for a while- No regrets-no complaints- just day and nights!!!

Mumbai showed the ways!

Thats what we need now! Dealers and scamrer have ruined India. Mr. Raj Thakarey 'The crook' are you listening this?

Mumbat Attack: A result of Political Crisis

The Mumbai attack was a war on Indians and on very concept of India. It was latest among the several blasts happened in New Delhi, Jaipur, Bangaluru, Ahemdabad, Surat, Mumbai and other 25 towns of India. Within 2008 around two thousand people have been killed in these terrorist attacks. Each time, investigations started and NOTHING have been done for common man. However, after each blast the crooks politicians start making their score on the dead bodies of आम आदमी . They have gone up to any extent and bring the ugly shame to nation. When Shaheed R C Sharma was killed, there were sever Netas cried foul on encounter and the sacrifice of the brave soldiers was questioned! These mongrel have X, Y, Z security and best facilities for them self's and their extended families. But look at them, how shamelessly they insult the families of brave soldiers. This time the CM of Kerala and mad camred insulted the father of shaheed Maj Sandeep. How dare he! But he did it and don't feel...

A Deadly Assault on India!

The recent Mumbai incidence is the biggest terrorist attack on India. In many ways, this attack was bigger than the attack of 9/11 on World Trade Center, as the terrorists stormed an area span of eight kilometers in highly crowded region of Mumbai. This Jihadi attack was extending from CST Railway Station to Nariman Point in Colaba, killing and shooting everyone. The death toll is around 300 and equally number of people are seriously injured. Twenty brave policemen and two National Security Guards commando were also deceased. The attack was carried out by any damn Fidaayin Jehadis- that is not a matter of bigger concern, but the way they defeated all civilian security of Mumbai city is the prime cause of concern. The delayed response aggravated the tragedy and resulted in more causality. I observed, politicians have a larger stake into this incident. News papers says that RAW has given the information on the 'ship' and 'satellite phone conversation with Laskar' to polic...

Blasts in Delhi.. Again! but why??

12th Sept night was little bit lengthy and I was working on my research paper. It happened so time consuming, I went bed at 4.30 AM of 13th Sept, but 3 hours later i had to getup as, friends had came to visit me. without proper sleep, I was not feeling so well, but still have to work. Had my breakfast and started for studying.. within a few minutes I got a call, from someone who was claiming to be a policeman. He straightly asked the contact number of some girl. The number was something like - 9268XX9770. Since, I dint know, I humbly denied that i don't have any number of such person. hearing this, the person gone mad... said, I will book you and 'dekh lunga' and so on.. I kept the call... It was an unwanted, uninvited headache for me.. I called some friends, and by them I came to know that these guys do 'wasooli' (extortion) kinda thing. I called to police control room and informed them about such things. After an hour, someone from Vasant Vihar police station ca...

Let it go...

I have been digitally troubled since last two days.. firstly media bios of my system started showing malfunction. I couldn't listen songs, I could not even record my daily blog.. then I had to fix it, after an operation of my system. finally I was able to fixed it.. a relief!! I enjoyed it by watching animation movie 'Wall.E'. Animation movies are my favorite. Later, after a nap I went for jogging in evening. When I returned, had shower and after some relaxing started my comp... checked mails.. Now guess what! I logged into my orkut account- found it deleted by orkut due to 'violations' of terms and conditions... w00t! a four year relation with online buddies ended! I was owner of various communities, including on popular academic community. I felt little shabby.. but I have to accept - Jo hota hai achha hi hota hai! Anything which is created, must have to go someday... and sooner is better! I hope, I can feel less crowded mind now!

Google got the Edge again : Google Chrome

Like other millions of netizens , I am a big fan of Google's services and use almost all facilities provided by them. This time, I was waiting eagerly for Google's Internet browser. When download was available, I was among those, who downloaded the beta version of it in very first hour. Using it since last three days, I must say Google has kept its promise for better Internet browser. Not going by Lehman Brothers analysis of Internet browser's share predictions , I can say that Google Chrome can be a future's best browser . Pros: - Faster and easier to use - Best appearance and reloading - Better box functions like - Find ( Clt + F) - More screen spaces for page - Better security encryption (have not analysed on cookies yet) - Better TAB and Bookmark functions Cons: - Non- compatibility with few websites - hotmail , live.com - Problem with java based input box functions - Problem with upload boxes on some pages - Malfunctioning of page's links However, g...

Yet another Independence Day!

Feeling of the political freedom on the eve of Independence Day is very sacrosanct. It recites the duty, and commitment towards the nation! It emphasizes the urge of national unity. Wait a minute! When you think of nation, inevitably the role and image of state comes in. Indian state and Netas ... Can you remember another synonyms for them. They are convicted but still make law for us. They take money for asking questions. They change the law, if it affects their profitable post. Not only them, entire public mechanism fallows suite. And we can say: Corruption is religion of our nation! Yes friends! I am talking about my own beloved nation that is called India. Our constitution says that India shall be a secular state. Even the recent EU report refers India as largest secular democracy. But I believe my nation is not really a secular nation. There is religion, which is practiced by almost every Indian with deep faith in it. And this religion is ‘Corruption’ . One can count ...

One more struggle day!

Its 08-08-08...wonderful date, is not it! and I am sitting at rainwatffice of manager, Film Division, GOI.. totally soaked in rain water. Here a vedio documentary film titled 'Ramayana aur Ram sethu' is being screened for The Film Certification Appellate Tribunal, Govt. of India. It is sorry to see the difficulties faced while working against system. This movie challenges the institutionalization of stereo type secularism being promoted by government agencies which is being manifested through prorogations and actions against Hinduism. We are still waiting for final words from tribunal. It is 1.35 now.. have been sitting here since 10 AM.

Friends, Thanks for standing by me!

Friends, Accept my best wishes on occasion of International Friendship Day! I must express my gratitude to all of my friends, for standing by me. Those long odd years, when my behavior was fragile and I was emotionally vulnerable... I always had my friend, being with me and encouraging me all the time. During those tough times, I always called on them... and I am lucky that list was long and I won over dark nights very soon... The time of rejoice also came occasionally, and I never forget my friends and I am lucky to receive their anticipation and acceptation of myself as I am! best wishes again on this day.. dedicated to friends. I would rather sing a song on this occasion: (By Ben King) When the night has come And the land is dark And the moon is the only light we'll see No I won't be afraid, no I won't be afraid Just as long as you stand, stand by me And darlin', darlin', stand by me, oh now now stand by me Stand by me, stand by me If...
And finally the money game rationalized in parliament. It was worst mockery of representative electoral democracy, when cash were being flaunt and demonstrated. No one wondered... at least common man thought, what new in it, it has been happening since years. Voting on nuclear deal revealed not just money loophole but also the criminal deed and cunning instinct of politicians were justified. We, as common people would not be given any employment by public sector or international, when we have 'any' criminal case against us... Same time we observed, the hideous criminals are making law for us, voting for issues of national and international importance.

Still voyage is on...

The crossroads of my life! Keep waiting for me with all those surprises.. Heading in where? where shall I arrived... Is this a voyage towards nowhere! Still, I got to go! go with time, with the trend, Life says: One must go... The puzzling quest of people, to get more.. to keep more! I wonder what will they do it with all more! Have you gone through Behavioral changes in situations, psychiatric breakdowns and depressions... Yes! I have been through it all! An adventurous life I am blessed with! The characters have made it more colourful and interesting... Sometime the promises and dreams of everlasting become day or week-lasting! The mean buddies have poked emotionally, and have been ditched for better option! Ideology, consciousness and faith, have been misused often! Still voyage is on... with more energy and adventure! Unexplored avenues are amazing and shall be sailing towards departure! Yes! I got to go... in tandem with life! with no alibi for lagging behind। © अमित Amit

The World Record Holders of Genocide!

I am posting this article on 'my story' blog, because I was attacked personally by one of CPM office holders of Mumbai in a public froum on the issue of supporting 'Tibetan Freedom Movement'. Here is the article: It is a good example, how fanatic a communist can be. After a quick research in news sources, I found the total number of deaths caused by communist regime. They have killed more people than all regime together. Here is the data, how communists have killed the most people in the human history. - People's Republic of China, Mao Zedong's regime (1949-1975): 40 000 000 Guinness Book of World Records: Although nowadays they don't come right out and declare Mao to be the Top Dog in the Mass Killings category, earlier editions (such as 1978) did, and they cited sources which are similar, but not identical, to the Glaser & Possony sources: - On 7 Apr. 1969 the Soviet government radio reported that 26,300,000 people were killed in China, 1949-65. ...
